Aung San Suu Kyi Again

Expectations were high yesterday that Aung San Suu Kyi would be freed from house arrest in Rangoon. Today is the official last day of her18 month sentence.

We were there before, more than 15 years ago in 1995. Here two images of her after being released the first time around. With the press and laughing with her supporters from her home gate.
